I don't know if this place actually has a name, it doesn't matter. It's on Main St in Manayunk, it's a hamburger stand. An actual burger stand, not a restaurant. You can sit outside at a picnic table if you want. They serve burgers. It's a burger stand. How cool is that.
You can go here at 1:00am when you have a burger craving (maybe after having some tequila across the street).

last time pogach was in town, I was drunk off my mind and had a burger at 2 am. the burger did the job. i was hurting the next day.
