Authentic Slow Cooked Barbeque
Finally a BBQ place that isn't frozen, boiled, liquid smoked. Open the door and smoke comes out. Stay for a while and you'll leave smelling like hickory. Try the chorizo. I had ribs (you can see the smoke ring) and pulled pork. The sides are home made. I need to go back and try the brisket.
It was goooooooood. We left full and planning to go back for more. A new favorite.
