Spence Cafe
New menu. The stuffy atmosphere is gone. I went here with Da Philly Food Critic, he gave it his thumbs up. He had the burger (see his blog for details, I don't plagiarize!). I had the California BLT with avocado, sprouts and lime mayo. It reminded me of California. Yes, the state. There is good food there, it's nice to see that influence migrating to some places on the right coast.
My only complaint is the slight air of pretension that lingers in the atmosphere. Yes it's in West Chester. But, hey guys, there's other places to eat. Go see for yourself.
