Dutch

We like Dutch food since the wifey is half Dutch (not to be confused with Pennsylvania Dutch, which is German). We haven't found a Dutch restaurant yet, but I'll settle for German since she's half German (which for her is PA Dutch, that's quite an international circle). Here's some favorite Dutch foods the wifey makes:

Bitterbalen: take your leftover roast, chop it up real fine, coat it, deep fry it, eat it with hot mustard.

Dutch pancake: big pan size pancake, like a pancake pie.

Oliebollen: little round doughnuts with orange zest and rolled in sugar. Yummy!

Beer: of course it's better in Netherlands. Amstel & Heineken, don't drink it in the USA.
