We had a lot of food:
grilled veggies
short ribs
Kalua pork (slow cooked for about 6 hours)
chorizo
smoked salmon with bbq sauce
pineapple upsidedown cake soaked in rum

the kalua pork is my own special recipe borrowed from a friend. It was so ono my mouth almost broke.
