Hill's Quality Seafood Markets, Inc.
We like to cook at home regularly. We like fresh fish, so we go to Hill's. There's 4 locations in Delaware and Chester Counties, so there should be one close for you readers.
Some of our favorites are: mahi mahi, grilled straight up; red snapper, good for fish tacos; halibut, it's versatile, you can cook it like chicken...spice it up and there you go.
If you're not familiar with fish or how to cook it, no worries. Go to Hill's, ask for some suggestions, and they'll even give you recipes. Spices and other goodies are available at the store to supplement your fish.
